Shakira has added a secondMexico Cityshow to her upcoming Latin America tour. The Pop Festival will return to the city'sForo Solvenue on April 3rd for the second concert (the day after the previously-announced show).
As always, members of the officialShakira Fan Clubwill be able to take advantage of aspecial pre-sale, beginning on March 2nd at 11am (local time). The general sale will then commence on March 5th.
